Refund and Cancellation Policy

We would rather you were on the right course than on ours. This is when money comes back.

Before the course starts

Cancel more than 7 days before your batch starts and the fee is refunded in full, less any payment gateway charge that we cannot recover.

Cancel within 7 days of the start and 90% is refunded.

After the course starts

Within the first 7 days of teaching, 50% of the fee paid is refunded.

After the first 7 days of teaching, fees are not refundable, because the seat, the trainer's time and the materials have been committed to you.

If we cancel

If we cancel or fail to run a batch you have paid for, you get a full refund or a place on the next batch — your choice.

Scholarships and discounts

A refund is calculated on the amount actually paid, not on the fee before a scholarship.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to us with your student code from the address or number on your record. Approved refunds are returned by the same route the payment came in, within 7–10 working days of approval.

Registration fee

Any amount described as a registration or admission fee at the time of payment is not refundable.
