These terms cover the use of our website, our student app and the courses we teach.

Enrolment

A place on a course is confirmed once the office has enrolled you and the agreed fee or first instalment has been received.

Fees

Fees, any scholarship and the instalment plan are as recorded on your student record. A payment is only credited once it has been received and verified by our team; uploading a screenshot is a request for verification, not a payment.

The app

Your sign-in belongs to you. Do not share it. Attendance you mark yourself must be marked while you are actually in class — marking attendance for a class you did not attend, or for another student, may cost you your attendance record and your place.

Tests and scholarships

Test results and any scholarship awarded on them are decided by the academy. Attempting to obtain or share answers voids the result.

Conduct

We may end a student's enrolment for behaviour that harms other students, staff or the academy's equipment. Fees already due remain due.

What we promise, and what we do not

We teach the syllabus described for your course and provide the support listed with it. We do not guarantee employment. Any placement help we offer is help, not a promise of a job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Lucknow.
